Exchange and Return Policy

At The Herb Co., we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Exchange / Return

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Invoice or order confirmation is required

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)

 

Process

  1. Email us at support@theherbco.in with your order number and images of the issue
  2. Our team will review the request
  3. Upon approval, we will initiate a replacement or refund

 

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
